To CREATE is the solution

That spur of a moment when you envision a picture, a picture worth living, a picture saying so many things without the slightest of sound. You know, this where you stand right now is the line between reality and virtuality. Instead of swimming further into this sea of emotions you decide to make that image real, that beautiful, serene, inspirational image on a canvas.

This is when you draw, this is when you paint, this is when you CREATE!!!

You pick up ur brush, with the enthusiasm that fills you, and start to mix colours, you take some, you take some more, and you start to mix. The peace that you get out of just mixing colours, a very basic art, is the time you get to introspect not just about the image but also within yourself. Every cell of yours begins to find meaning in its existence, they come alive, you start to See rather than look, Listen rather than hear, you begin to grow, you begin to cure your inner self.

When you put the brush full of colours onto your canvas and make the first layer, you begin to realise that one can only find meaning in the small jobs they do, the bigger the job is, the lesser you learn.

When you paint, you see in front of you a canvas waiting to be designed and created by you into a image which pours out meaning.

Now comes the toughest part, the image that you made, that virtual image of your mind is now to be given existence, it's like giving life to the Dead. Slowly, stroke by stroke, you fill it with depth of colours, giving it the shine, the meaning and the essence it needs. Each brush stroke, each colour adds on another new horizon of thoughts in you, you begin to see your problems in a different way than usual. This is what painting does to you, it opens you up, gives you solutions by way of its colours seeping into the paper.(now not so white)

You now make your carefully thought out final strokes that actually give the picture its life. Thus, you end up portraying and image of your mind into the real world, which when done successfully is the best form of communication.

You keep your brush down with utter patience and care, you feel at ease, Calm, alive. Picking up the painting, you now actually co-relate the portrayal to the actual virtual image and you sense a belief growing in you, you Stop to think and notice that you could speak something which you care about, you could give life to your thoughts, you could give meaning to yourself, you could find peace, you could find Solutions. You could find Joy
This is what Painting does to you, it makes you come alive, It makes you CREATE!!!
